McAfee Vulnerability Manager Patch 7.5.12 Available August 22, 2017

McAfee Vulnerability Manager Patch 7.5.12 will be released on August 22nd, 2017. This release includes new features, fixes, and enhancements including:
  • OpenSSL upgrade.
  • Support for Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 protocol in McAfee Vulnerability Manager.
  • The value of PHP related IIS handler settings by McAfee Vulnerability Manager is now secured (1162864).
  • The Custom Vulnerabilities CSV Report no longer displays empty service fields for ports that do not have an associated service (1167274).
This release fixes the following FASL script update issues (1182425):
  • The Force FASL Script Update task now successfully updates the script directory with all the FASL scripts.
  • All the FASL scripts are now updated successfully in the newly deployed scan engines.
If you use FSUpdate, this patch will download and install automatically. If you do not wish to install this patch, deselect "Foundstone Software Updates" in your FSUpdate interface (Start, Programs, Foundstone, Update McAfee Vulnerability manager).
